Triggers

Triggers are the set of conditions that must be met for an action to be executed automatically. Keyword being "automatically".

For example, if you want to reward a user with XP point every time they complete a task, you can set up a trigger that listens for the completion of the task and automatically rewards the user with the XP points. It's that simple!
